  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, login identifiers, preferred name, and profile information.
  • Driver onboarding information such as license details, vehicle information, insurance and registration documents, uploaded photos, verification state, and background-check status where applicable.
  • Ride and marketplace information such as pickup, drop-off, stops, route, ride type, driver availability, trip status, fares, fees, ratings, messages, support requests, and safety reports.
  • Device, app, diagnostic, crash, performance, notification, analytics, and usage information used to operate, secure, and improve Rydr.

Use

How Information Is Used

Permissions and Location Usage

Rydr may request permissions for location, notifications, camera, photos, and related device features. Precise location supports ride requests, matching, trip progress, driver navigation, safety, fraud prevention, service-area analysis, and operational improvements.

Payments and Payouts

Payment and payout information may be processed by payment providers. Rydr does not intend to store full card numbers on its own servers. Providers may support payment credentials, authorization holds, refunds, driver payouts, connected accounts, identity-supported payment workflows, and financial connections.

Push Notifications

Rydr may use push notifications for ride requests, driver alerts, trip status, account security, beta updates, support, safety, payout events, and other service-related communications. Users can manage notification preferences through device settings or app controls where available.
