Terms of Use

By creating a Rydr account, joining a beta, accessing the website, or using Rydr apps or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable policies incorporated by reference.

Users must be legally capable of entering binding agreements and must provide accurate registration information. Account holders are responsible for activity that occurs through their accounts.

Rydr operates marketplace technology that connects riders with independent drivers. Drivers determine availability and, within platform-defined limits, establish rates. Riders may compare available options before requesting transportation.

• Drivers participate as independent providers using Rydr marketplace technology.
• Drivers must satisfy onboarding requirements, which may include identity verification, licensing, vehicle eligibility, insurance, registration, and background screening.
• Drivers are responsible for safe, lawful, courteous service and for maintaining vehicles and insurance required by law and platform standards.

• Ride requests are subject to driver acceptance, availability, service areas, and operating conditions.
• Estimated arrival times, routes, and fares may change unless clearly stated otherwise in the app.
• Riders authorize Rydr and payment processors to verify payment credentials, place holds, capture charges, issue refunds, and collect applicable fees or taxes.

Users may not engage in harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, property damage, fraud, unlawful conduct, or activity that harms people, property, platform integrity, or safety. Rydr safety features are supplemental and are not substitutes for emergency services.

During beta testing, features may be incomplete, experimental, modified, interrupted, unavailable, or removed without notice. Beta participants may be asked to provide feedback through Rydr-designated channels.

Rydr may integrate with third-party providers for payments, identity verification, background screening, mapping, app distribution, email, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, support, and other technology services. Use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy practices.
